A mompod/grannypod is a group of women looking to make a difference for impoverished women.

You’ve helped to start a Self Help Group for woman in rural Ethiopia, now it’s time to send a woman from the same area to midwifery school in Addis Ababa. Learn more about the school here and WHY there is such a need:

This ONE woman that you send to school will be able to help women back in her home village and prevent deaths of women during and after childbirth. One by one we will make a difference.
